DML Digital Music Library publishes files derived from historical editions as well as public domain files donated by contributors and users.

Our team of editors carefully revises each donation to assess its copyright status and to add information and titles to it. At present, around 30% of our catalog comes from contributors.

If you are interested in contributing to our catalog please follow these guidelines:

o  Browse our catalog to see if the score has already been digitized

o  If you can't find the title in our catalog, please verify accurately your sources and the publication date. We accept and publish only public domain scores with no copyright restrictions of any sort. Generally speaking, any reproduction of historical editions published prior to 1915 is in the public domain repertoire worldwide.

o  Digitize at least at 300DPI a bitmap version of the work.

o  Zip it, attach it to an email and send it to contributors@digitalmusiclibrary.com

o  For every ten titles submitted and published we will postpone the expiry date of your subscription by three months (up to a maximum of 12 months).
