How can I open a score?
DML scores are in PDF format. To open them you need Adobe Acrobat Free Reader 5.0 or higher. Visit the Adobe site to download it for free. Once you have installed Acrobat Reader just click on the score link on any title page and wait for Acrobat to open. At this point Acrobat will ask you your account PASSWORD. That's all.
Is there any limit to how many scores I can download?
Absolutely not!
Can I download new scores?
Absolutely yes! Once you are a subscriber you will receive our free monthly newsletter with title additions. You can follow the links you are interested in and immediately download new scores without paying any extras.

How can I change my Password?
Once you are a subscriber you can change any of your data (i.e. email, password, address, name etc.) except your USER ID, which remains unique. To update your account data please click here.
What are my Account Data?
Every subscriber is identified by the DML system with his account data: they are your personal key to access DML from anywhere.
The account data consist of a UNIQUE unchangeable number code called USER ID plus a PASSWORD you can change. The account data (USER ID and PASSWORD) are strictly personal and may not be handed over to anyone else.
Why can't I access DML from two computers simultaneously?
DML Accounts are configured to function on a single computer at a time. If you connect to DML with your account data from two computers simultaneously, our system will find two or more users accessing DML with the same account data. In this case you will not be able to access DML until the first user will log out from the first computer.
If you have two or more computers (for instance home and office) you can not access DML from both of them simultaneously. So, remember in this case to logoff with your first computer (once logged in, go in My account page and follow the link to log out), to allow your second computer to log in.
If you want to access DML from more than one computer at a time just open more accounts (for instance in the case of a School Studio with several computers accessing DML i.e. 2/5/10/20 accounts).
The DML login page tells me that another user is connected with my account data. What does this mean?
DML Accounts are configured to function on a single computer at a time. Probably you have already logged in with another computer (home, office or laptop). You need to logoff first with this computer before logging in with another one. If you are not logged in with another computer you must have given your account data to someone else; in other words someone else is logged in instead of you (in this case we can't do anything).
Why are the DML files I'm downloading personal?
They are processed and encrypted in real time with your account data so they can only be open with your Account Password. If you try to use another password to open them it won't work!
What kind of printer do I need to print DML scores?
Any inkjet and laser printer with a resolution of at least 300 DPI.
Can I use the printouts of a DML score for my lessons or performances?
Absolutely yes!
